After 18 years of activity in the international investment banking industry, in 2019 I joined CDP, the Italian National Promotional Institution, as Head of Large Corporate Coverage. in 2020 I have been apponted as Director in the Boards of Sace, Simest, CDP Equity, FSII. Ready to learn and improve leveraging on professional and personal skills, I also strongly feel the responsibility that senior leaders have towards the long term development of the country and the opportunities we are creating for the future generations. Passionate about my job and the stimulating opportunities offered by the Italian corporate space, I drive with dedication and energy a team of skilled professionals with a varied background, leveraging on the individual talents and the strength of my Organization. Always eager to challenge myself with new experiences, I am active as mentor and role model on Diversity and Inclusion matters both inside my organization and in the local financial / academic community.
