I am the EMEA CFO at Gucci since September 2023, managing a team of over 50 and serving on the board of all EMEA entities. From July 2015 to August 2023 I was Group Strategy, Planning & Control Director at Autogrill, leading the integration project with Dufry and managing cross-functional programs. My role encompassed financial forecasting, M&A scouting, performance management and investor relations. I developed the ESG strategy and managed the financial impacts of COVID-19. Previously I was Head of Investor Relations at Beni Stabili S.p.A. Siiq from June 2012 to June 2015, overseeing €1.5bn in financial transactions and coordinating with the main shareholder, Covivio. From December 2007 to June 2012, I focused on strategic planning and investment analysis at Beni Stabili. I hold a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and have completed executive programs in corporate finance and boardroom preparation. I am fluent in English and have basic knowledge of French.
