Since January 2021, Global Head of Manufacturing, Process Optimization & CNH Industrial Business System, Construction Equipment. in CNH Industrial. Coordinating manufacturing sites globally by central accountability of Planning, Product Launch and Manufacturing Engineering, driving implementation of the CBS across all functions and business processes and managing cross functional projects relevant for business strategy and product and process development as Modularization, Flexible Platform, Supply Chain Capacity Management and Supplier Performances. Manufacturing is my passion since I have started my career as supervisor in the shopfloor; engaging people and leading tactically but strategically oriented is what inspire and enjoy myself more. I like working in international environment, throughout different cultures looking at different social and economic impacts on business and industrial transformation. I love complexity working on multiple tasks.
