Nicoletta Mastropietro is a dynamic leader with a distinguished career across Energy, Finance, Aerospace, and Telecommunications. As a former CIO and Digital & Innovation Officer, she has led ambitious business transformations, skillfully synchronizing digital strategy, technological innovation, and change management. She is widely recognized for translating strategic vision into tangible outcomes, helping complex organizations reinvent their culture and technology within volatile global contexts. With expertise in managing multicultural teams and multimillion-euro programs, Nicoletta combines deep governance competence with an inclusive leadership philosophy. She leverages innovation ecosystems and integrates ESG principles to inspire engagement and create measurable value. Currently, she is an Advisor in the Bain Advisory Network, an Extended Executive Board member, and an Adjunct Professor at Milan Polytechnic GSoM. She also serves as a Board Member for the start up Syllotips.
