In her carrier she has added to her education and technical expertise also strong managerial skills, gaining significant experience in senior operational and commercial roles at leading telecommunications companies, working in domestic and international regulated markets, listed in Milan and London. She has held ever-increasing positions and responsibilities culminating in her appointment as Chief Operating Officer of BT Italia Group, Chief Executive Officer of Atlanet, VP Global Procurement and VP Operations and Digital Transformation at TIM Group. She has extensive and deeply knowledge and expertise in Telco industry. She has driven complex strategic changes in network infrastructures, data centres, information technology systems, delivery and customer service organisations, procurement also leveraging innovative technologies and solutions. She has been member of the board of directors at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, BT Italia, Atlanet, ERPTech and Consorzio TOPIX.
