Marina Famiglietti is Head of HR Capital Market and Regulatory divisions across the world at the London Stock Exchange Group. She is Head of HR Italy at the London Stock Exchange including Borsa Italiana, Monte Titoli, Cassa di Compensazione e Garanzia, BIt Market Services, MTS, Gatelab, FTSE Italia, Elite, LSEG Italia. She is Board member in Monte Titoli SpA, after 3 mandates in Borsa. Finally she is LSEG Corporate Responsibility Committee member and LSEG Foundation Board member and Managing Director. After initial experiences in multinational companies in the consumer good sector, she moved to the financial industry where she contributed to the set-up and development of the Borsa Italiana Group stepping up from an HR generalist role to the Head of HR role.Marina has been developing her expertise in Human Resources and Organisation where she has valued her degree and interest in foreign languages and culture with economics skills acquired though the MBA in International Business.
