Experienced HR manager with more than 20 years in HR going through different roles and responsabilities both at local and international level; my experience includes Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HR Shared Services.Passionated and focused on People Strategy, Leadership Development, Coaching, Talent Management and continuous improvement of HR processes and operational efficiency. I am currently Head of HR for Smart Power Division leading the global strategic HR function. Smart Power Division is 6BUSD revenues; ~13000 employees, +30 manufacturing sites, located in Europe, Asia and America.
