Innovation, Customer Focus and Digital Transformation have always been characterizing the evolution of my professional career. In the last years I have been supporting large Key Accounts, in Energy, Utilities and Financial sector, in their digital transformation strategy definition and execution. I managed highly complex ICT projects leading and motivating teams. I have specific knowledge of the Energy and Utilities sector and of Financial Institution sector as regards the organisational, contractual, commercial, technological and business model aspects. Managing Customer C-Level relationship both on Business and IT side. Experienced in people management and team building. ACC certification (Associate Certified Coach ) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) acquired in 2013.
