Result driven and versatile executive with 12-years’ experience in the management of the corporate and legal affairs of a listed issuer with strong capabilities to establish valuable relationships. Proven experience as secretary of multiple board of directors, either in Italy and abroad. I obtained a master law degree with laude in Milan (Università degli Studi) in 2003 and I was admitted to Milan Bar in 2006. After a successful experience in the private practice both with domestic (BonelliErede) and international law firms (Paul Hastings LLP), in 2010 I joined Prada S.p.A.. - a leader and pioneer in the fashion industry - as Senior Corporate Affairs Counsel. Thanks to the passion and the dedication I always put in any professional experience, I have been entrusted with increasing roles and responsibilities until I was appointed as Corporate Affairs Group Director and as Secretary of the Board of Directors roles that I have been holding up to June 30, 2022.
