I’m a Senior Executive with a solid background in the TLC Operation and a great business vision that helps me to well understand company contexts and to clearly evaluate operational impacts. In Telecom Italia I have dealt with increasing responsibilities in the Head Quarter, and in 20+ years of experience in commercial and technical departments I have developed Market Strategies, Caring models, Processes Reengineering, IT Systems, Transformation and Innovation Programs and I have built a strong capability to deal with complex projects with multiple priorities. After 28 years in TIM, from october 2022 I’m VP Governance & Digital Transformation in Open Fiber. In April 2017 I have been appointed in the Board of Director in TIM Participaçoes and in July 2021 I was Member of Board of Director in TIM San Marino. I have a degree in Economics, and I attended several executive courses in Italy and abroad. I’m a very determined person, full of energy, with strong leadership.
