Alessandro Agnoletti

Alessandro Agnoletti is a senior leader in digital currencies and payment innovation. He is currently an expert at the European Central Bank, working on the Digital Euro project, focusing on its positioning and distribution model. Previously, he was Group Head of Digital Currency & DLT at Nexi, leading initiatives in digital currencies and retail payment technologies, and Group Head of Innovation at SIA, where he established the Payments Innovation Hub. He also co-founded CDILabs to foster collaboration between companies and startups in Europe and held roles in digital transformation at H-Farm and strategic consulting at Bain & Company. Alessandro holds an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris and a dual degree in International Management from Università Cattolica in Milan.
