Elisabetta Mina is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. She has a long-consolidated experience in protecting and managing IP rights, with particular focus on Media, Entertainment, Cinema & TV, Advertising, digital markets and tech assets. She works with digital technology businesses, providing strategic and technical legal advice on digital content technology, protection of software, algorithms and data, user-generated creation and licensing, audiovisual works and content for cinema, television and media platforms, protection of property rights in judicial proceedings and national and international arbitration, advertising and branded entertainment, with particular focus on the forms of non-conventional web marketing. She is Vice President of the Control Committee of Italy's Institute of Advertising Self-Regulation (IAP). She obtained an LL.M. in IP Law at King's College London (2003) and is lecturer and speaker in Masters at 24Ore Business School.
