I have been working in the European exchange industry for 20 years, and I love designing new services and solutions to help clients to optimize their business. I have previously worked in financial research, strategy and corporate M&A, developing core skills in: • Market microstructure for equity and equity derivatives' markets • Analysis of competition in the Exchange industry • Management, valuation and execution of M&A transactions I am an engineer, passionate for tech innovation, data analysis and web development.
