With more than 25 years of experience in Sales Management and Consulting, I’ve been Customer Success Dir. and member of the board in Microsoft Italy since July 2017. Our mission is to support Enterprise Customers in their digital journey, making successful their transformational programs according with their business goals. In this role I can count on my passion for innovation, customer obsession, deep knowledge of the Partners/S.I. ecosystem, having been Partner Director in a previous role, and a strong experience in consultative selling and program management for years and different management roles in Consulting. Leading Customer Success Unit, a real new and growing division in Microsoft, has allowed me to manage significant organizational and cultural changes. Now, and always in my professional history I try to build high performing teams, developing also an inclusive and collaborative culture. I have also been D&I Chapter for Microsoft Italy since 2017.
