Senior executive in the financial sector with experience in leadership roles, mainly within International banks where I faced the challenges of traditional banking and of financial start-ups: 22 years of banking experience, 17 years managing teams, 7 years of Wealth Management, mainly dedicated to UHNWI clients and CIB offer cross selling. I play any professional role with an innovative attitude, stimulating a positive and forward-looking change, creating bridges among People inside and outside the organization, in order to value at most their talents and ideas. I am genuinely pragmatic, and I like to take decisions based upon facts and numbers rather than opinions. Since 2013 I reached the Senior Management position in BNP Paribas. Since 2018, Member of the Equal Opportunities Commission of BNL Spa. Graduated at Bocconi University.
