Chemical Engineer with significant experience in FMCG in Unilever, holding roles as General Manager, Marketing Director and Project Manager in Italian, European and Global contexts, defining and implementing Business and MKTG Plans. I have launched plenty of innovative products and services for B2C and B2B markets, led large and multicultural teams and been part of the Leadership Team of Unilever Italia for ten years. My leadership style and knowledge of the markets (both OOH and IH) have allowed me to successfully manage several companies/brands and lead them to double-digit growth. I collaborate with several start-up and accelerators for digital transformation projects. I’ve just completed the “Twin Revolution – Digital & Sustainability” course of Federmanager and I am currently attending the Luiss School for Entrepreneurs and getting the Innovation Certification by Rina Italy
