I’m an experienced Product Management Executive with 20+ years of international experience in Product Management B2C. I shape HAPPY and EMPOWERED product teams that can build the right thing and then build the thing right. I first grew up in a big multinational company, and I struggled with creating the wrong products in the wrong way. After years of iteration and a LOT of hands-on experience, I have a distilled product strategy and execution methodology that helps my teams launch new digital products or rethink existing products and succeed, leveraging technology and customer insights. I firmly believe that I am a mentor for the European Women on Board Organisation. I actively collaborated with the GirlsRestart association, helping women-led companies reshape their business to face the challenges of the pandemic.
