Areas of expertise: corporate strategy, extraordinary corporate transactions - i.e. M&A, turnaround, corporate restructuring and reorganization, management of critical projects. Currently, ilaria is the Head of Recovery & Resilience Plan Cabinet at Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, in charge for the monitoring and control of 24.3B€ investment pipeline and of the further potential projects (up to 12B€) in the FS target pipeline. As Head of Recovery & Resilience Plan Cabinet, Ilaria is secretary of the FS RRP Executive Committee led by FS Group CEO. Previously, Ilaria was Chief Strategy Officer at Trenitalia Group, in charge for: definition of Strategy for domestic and international markets; Strategic Planning, Investment Valuation and Approval; M&A; Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability; PMO of critical projects; support to the CEO Board member of 4 foreing subsidiaries of the Trenitalia Group.
