I combine business acumen and strong "human" competences thanks to my double experience as a Director in multinational companies in Italy, France and Belgium (Iliad, Danone and UPS) and as Executive Coach and Leadership Development advisor. In my last corporate job, as General Counsel for Iliad Group I have guided the company through a rapid business growth from a start-up level to a 10% of market share (and close to 1Bn€ revenues) in a highly regulated sector. I successfully managed the compliance positioning of the company vis-à-vis relevant stakeholders and played a crucial role in negotiating core contracts. In my role as Coach and people developer, I support Executives to meet professional challenges in highly stressing environments, develop their authentic leadership models and create innovative and visionary teams. My coaching practice in informed among others on Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behaviour therapy.
