Ludovica Parodi

Ludovica Parodi, has worked as a lawyer in private practice in Italy and NY and then as general counsel in M&A, international and business development transactions. Over the past 13 years, Ludovica has worked in the legal department of Enel with a particular focus on Construction Projects in Italy, Qatar, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Belgium, Russia, Slovak Republic and to nuclear project in France, Italy and Slovak Republic. Currently is the Head of the Global Trading Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of Enel Group. Ludovica holds a degree in International law from University of Milan, Italy and has been admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 2001. She was member of the Board of ValoreD and member of the Board of Directors of Enel Green Power when was a listed company. She is also certified Executive Coach since 2018 @International Coach Federation.
