With a robust international career in the US (Deloitte) and Europe (KPMG and VF Corporation), my journey has now led me to the role of Senior Advisor, focusing on (but not limited to): Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), Culture and HR Transformation. My skills in compliance auditing and policy formulation, honed during my tenure as VP of Internal Audit and Human Resources, enable me to assist companies in driving transformative initiatives at all maturity levels. Fluent in English, Italian, and Polish, having led teams across North America, Europe and APAC, and moving from process to people, my approach weaves multicultural understanding into the fabric of organizational transformation. My goal is to enable you in creating an environment where every voice is heard and valued, keeping company business results in mind.
