Ph.D in Applied Econometrics to Corporate Finance and Financial Markets, Patrizia combines a strong quantitative background with a long-lasting experience in managing product and project developments, corporate finance, sustainable finance, corporate strategy, clients coverage, marketing. Working for the Italian Stock Exchange since 2005, she was involved in 100+ listing transactions - from origination to execution - including IPOs, Business Combinations, M&A and Spin-off transactions covering small, mid, large corporates, SPACs and Alternative Investment Funds in coordination with leading domestic and international banking institutions, law firms and advisers. Member of the Sustainable Finance Capital Markets Committee at London Stock Exchange Group and Sustainable Finance leading group at Euronext, she has been involved in the development of sustainable finance solutions and tools since 2015.
