I graduated in 1995 at Università Bocconi in Milan with honors and became a chartered accountant and a statutory auditor in 1996. I founded and am the Managing Partner of "Studio Pagani" tax advisor in Milan; I am specialized in international business and gained important experience in the field of Financial Statements, Consolidated Financial Statements and international contracts. I have worked along several companies advising them during extraordinary operations and became an expert in tax litigations. Specialized in International and domestic tax issues, I advise major companies and groups operating in different industries. I am Chairman of Statutory Board for Buzzi Spa and Director and Chairman of Control Committee (monistic system) of Piaggio S.p.A. I sit in many Board of Statutory Auditors and in the Supervisory Board of multinational companies (Sanofi, FerrovieNord, Chiesi farmaceutici, Bracco Imaging, ect). I am member of supervisory bodies 231/01
