During my 15 years in public service working for leading Italian government institutions, I have acted as a trusted adviser to cabinet ministers and senior officials, while executing on the formulation and implementation of a full spectrum of financial, climate and economic policies. Throughout my career, I have sought to marry close collaboration with colleagues and institutional partners, both Italian and international, with a lightning focus on getting things done. I have worked in the cabinet offices of two Prime Ministers, including four years (2014-2018) in the Cabinet of the Minister of Economy and Finance. I served as Special Advisor to the Minister of Ecological Transition in the government of Prime Minister Mario Draghi, and during the energy crisis following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Most recently, I was appointed Senior Expert on Sustainable and Development Finance within the G7 Sherpa Office of the 2024 Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
