I'm currently leading our Employee Health & Benefits business in Milan Office and I am ESG European Leader for MercerMarsh Benefits. Human capital is now a top priority for almost every CEO's agenda and HR community would have the chance, maybe for the first time in history, to have a pivotal role for the future of their companies. Before, I have been Head of Industries at Marsh SpA. In this role, I was responsible of developing industry focused solutions that combines traditional brokerage activities with advisory services and dedicated products. I started my career as an Insurance and Risk Advisor for the most important M&A deals as well as project finance and infrastructure projects in Italy.
