After more than 3 years as HP Italian CFO (1.2bn$) switched more recently to a Global Finance Director role with specific duties as WW HP Risk & Controls Officer of all the HP group. Responsible for governance, risks monitoring, finance business continuity plan and operational controls execution across HP, assessing residual risk exposure across all business to Executive Leadership Team – HP Inc Revenue 55Bn$. In HP Inc Italy Board for 3 years and currently ether in the Advisory Board of IPT Power Tech (Lebanese commpany providing Telco and Energy services and products in Middle East & Africa - size : revenue 300 plus Mn$) as NED or in IPT Power Tech part of the Audit Committee. Board Member of ANDAF (Italian association of CFOs), I set up the mentroship program for finance currently with 35 CFOs as mentors and 40 mentees across all Italy, now in its third edition. DE&I Champion I teach courses on power of inclusion & digital equity, with specific focus on women empowerment.
