CHRO in many different businesses during my employment with Ferrero, Hitachi, Salini-Impregilo (now Webuild), Phoenix Group. I dealt with all HR areas of expertise such as admin, comp&ben, expats management, organization&development; budgeting&controlling, unions and legal. I managed M&A and integration processes including restructuring where needed. 8 years in Luxembourg, held positions with responsibility over many countries/regions. Worked with companies with different governance models -from family-owned to public- and both in HQ of multinational and branches/local offices. Responsible also for HSE, Internal Communication and implemented 231/01 organizational model more than once, becoming also Chairperson of the Committee. Developed a constantly increasing interest for CSR themes up to the recent certification as ESG Advisor. University Degree in International & Diplomatic Sciences (110 cum laude); Master’s degree SDA Bocconi Human Resources & Organization.
