I have over 20 years of experience as a multi-faceted government affairs, public affairs, and communication professional in large-scale global corporations and multinational PR firms. In 2006, I joined J&J as the Communication & Public Affairs Director for Italy, where I covered various roles at country, cross-geography, and regional levels . Today, I hold the position of Government Affairs & Public Policy Director and Head of Sustainability. Additionally, I am a member of the Global Board of Women Leadership and Inclusion, which is a J&J global initiative aimed at fostering an inclusive organizational environment that champions cultural growth and ensures that everyone is valued and heard. since December 2023 I have been Vice President of the Italian Medical Devices Association in Confindustria.
