I am a Trust Maker. I help companies create effective multi-stakeholder engagement strategies. As a C-Suite Advisor, I support businesses in protecting their reputation and in building trust moving forward. This is what the company I work for as a country CEO and Board Member does; this is what I have learned to do through the years as member of the Global Strategy Committee. My knowledge of trust building spans 28 countries (covering 4 Institutions: Business, Government, Media, and NGOs); I am the official speaker of the Edelman Trust Barometer. I’m an expert in Family Business, and I have a deep knowledge of the Pharma, Food, Media, Retail, Finance & Insurance, Luxury industries (to name a few). As a Trust Maker I foster change through actions designed to gain acceptance and build trust. I’m also a trusted advisor on crisis prevention and preparedness, needed to protect a company’s reputation. I am a P&L owner too, and I believe that profit is essential to sustain the common good.
