I'm the CEO of ZaLa Consulting srl, a consultant company for DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS and I have a solid background as managing director and hr manager. I partner with senior executives (local and global) on re-aligning culture, processes and people while the company is going digital, re-shaping the organization around clients and employees. My experience in change management is both in growing companies and in declining markets, leveraging on an appreciated personal skill of developing unconventional solutions that combines performance improvement with real people engagement. My change management and innovation clients include business to business, insurance, fintech, retail and pharmaceutical companies. I'm a runner and a rower.
