Head of Legal Finance Department, responsible for financial and corporate transactions. With over 20 years in financial institutions, my experience includes structured finance, capital market deals and M&A transactions. After a period working in law firms based in Florence and Rome, I decided to move to London to increase my expertise in the financial world. Back in Italy, Milan offered and still offers many stimulating opportunities from a professional and personal point of view. Problem solving skills, decision maker, stimulated by new experiences and by sharing and developing ideas in the team. I am passionate about my job, my family and music.
