Credit risk manager with a special focus on commercial real estate structured finance, I spent the last 20 years in corporate and real estate lending /structuring/restructuring (bank-side) working with counterparties like Italian SMEs, real estate funds and domestic/international real estate operators. After the Morgan Stanley CMBS securitization conduit program Eloc, I contributed to the wind down of large loan portfolios (including performing exposures as well as NPLs, UTPs) for German banking entities in Italy and I worked for a special servicer dealing with Italy's largest UTP offload (Intesa € 10bn UTP strategic partnership with Prelios). Currently I work as real estate debt advisor. I have a teenage daughter and I live in Milan.
